Great call on Ravenous and Strange Days. Two of my favorite movies from that era.
Even though it released in early 2000, I think this deserves an honorable mention. One of the best movies of the era, in my opinion.

i think at the least there’s a good chance one arnie is retired and/or passes on a lot of critics and commentators will be sliding it into his top ten and acting like they were cool all along lol
