they accepted two cases where trans-girls fought state rules saying they cannot compete as girls in school sports. both of them won injunctions in their state courts to allow them to continue to compete as girls.
they already ruled states can ban gender affirming care for children, so we are creeping closer to a ruling on the big one - the federal bans on many transgender issues.
Wasn’t there a thing in the Big Beautiful Bill that said women were recognized as humans that carried/contained eggs? If so, feels like a slam dunk on how that ruling will go.
the language in the bill is only in regard to medicaid coverage, the scotus would not pay it any mind in this case. that is another case of a trans issue that could make it to the supreme court tho. im sure people are already planning to challenge it.
What a world that this bullshit even needs to be discussed.
We have known since the dawn of humanity what a woman is and we have never felt the need to even discuss it. A baby is born knowing, it doesn’t need to be taught. We live in wild times.
