A totally telegraphed very slow but powerful uppercut
I would throw a punch to the solar plexus.
A partial or small carrot would have been better for that scene for real combat training

Headbutt no question - there arent many fights out there on the internet where someone has been caught clean at the beginning and come back to win.
Hawaian punch is the obvious exception but I think those bouncers could have hit him over the head with a sledgehammer at the start of the fight and the outcome would have been the same.
