it’s the EASY workout. as a Gentleman of Leisure one would think that would be right up my alley yet I’m not prone to delusion when it comes to certain realities like keeping myself looking SMART in order to maintain my status with the cafe tarts!

Cardio requires Mental Toughness. It’s why not every BLOWHARD could manage it in the infantry, not that I would ever find myself anywhere close to such a HARD situation, but I’m a casanova not a BLOWHARD and so suffer no guilt in sharing my wisdom on these fine points

when it’s been a tiresome day, it’s easy to choose the WEIGHTS and HARD to lace-up the trainers and get OUTSIDE in the ELEMENTS which requires a MASCULINE constitution.

one knows when he heads to the weights he’s looking forward to those LONG rest breaks between sets

…and then because he lifted HEAVY for 3 Reps he thinks he earned those calories, and MULTIPLE meals at that because one must consume plenty of calories to fuel those GAINZ he is sure soon to see, they’re coming, it will work eventually…

meanwhile, he tries to distract his Wife/GF when he and she sees the SHIRTLESS CHAD out jogging on the sidewalk showing of the RESULTS of his MASCULINE CARDIO training
