I always laugh whenever I hear guys who don’t train talk about how “small guys couldn’t handle them because there aren’t weight classes in da streetz.” It’s obvious how clueless they are. Every bjj school, boxing gym or mma gym you will find has small guys training regularly with big dudes. Like Rickson famously said, big guys are so common they might as well grow on trees.

You are the person brainwashed. Please go to any legitimate boxing gym and ask to spar with a competitive welterweight (143 lbs) with more than 5 fights or go to a bjj gym and roll with a good purple belt half your size and report back.
