Mighty Mouse did really well in the striking only round too. It was very competitive. It did not look like a pure striker vs Muay Thai fighter.

If I lose to shaq it seemed inevitable. I was already against insurmountable odds I look good just for trying
I admire Muay Thai but Iām definitely not anywhere close to being steeped in the history of the sport. Iāve heard that term thrown around with him and he has a LOT of fights and wins. Based on my reading, it seems like a lot of fans believe heās not anywhere near the top because of his lack of big stadium wins. But I donāt follow the sport and have no solid opinions on the matter. Mighty might be able to beat Rodtang (fair to say heās one of the all time greats?) and an Olympic Gold Medal winning wrestler, and win the IBJJF as a grappler and win multiple world championships, but thereās no way he can contend with an average guy who weighs over 200 lbs obviously. Thatās just too much.

Even if Shaq is on top of you there is a better than zero chance you can shrimp out and gain back control and do some damage. With MM there is zero chance you can get the upper hand. Zero. Watch the videos of him wrestling with the big dagestanis. Zero chance.

This is a different era of Muay Thai and there are guys Rodtang hasnāt fought. ONE has sort of changed Muay Thai over there. But heās one of the best in the modern era.
