Downeys attitude and personality makes him a much better fit for mma than wrestling but heā€™d have to put a lot of work in to be a contender in mma .. mma took him in and shit him out very quickly

He thought heā€™d walk in and dominate. MMA wrestling is very different, so it negates his biggest strength, especially when he doesnā€™t take it seriously. I think right before one of his fights he posted an Instagram video of him smoking weed or something. Obviously he didnā€™t do well.

Bo Nickal also thought his elite wrestling was enough to get him to the top - he was wrong.. he has taken mma very seriously and is still struggling to adapt and learn.. we shall see if he gets there - I hope he does but I donā€™t feel his ceiling is that high

I know a few Cubans and they really are placed into specific education streams depending on their strengths. Makes more sense than just shoving everyone into the same room teaching them shit that quite frankly they will never need to be able to hold down a job (besides sitting down, shutting up and paying attention).
