Dana just wants to be the face of boxing like he carefully orchestrated himself as the face of UFC with magazine covers, pre and post fight scrums, vlogs, Netflix documentaries about being a degenerate gambler, putting himself in the ufc video games as a playable character etc.

And heā€™ll never put on big boxing fights like he originally wanted because no big time boxer wants to fight for peanuts in front of 50 people.

Zuffa boxing is long term project. People shouldnā€™t be expecting big results at the first event, or even in the first year. Itā€™s a long term plan.

Who owns it? 60-40%. (60%) Saudi Arabia (40%) TKO. TKO can also increase % ownership depending on success. Zuffa takes all the annual profits as they grow the company, and grow the value for both of them.

They are going to try and build a boxing UFC.

that promo video I saw was hillarious, I clicked not even knowing what it was (someone posted a link in a MMA Discord) and kept wondering who the funny walking guy with the tiny shoes was and even more confused at anything saving dead Boxing

when they showed Dana I burst out laughing

I guess my thinking is more a long the lines of not wanting a generic product like the UFC. Can you imagine boxers wearing uniforms?
