Howard Stern narrates this fight, with Len Berman calling. Former heavyweight champion of the world Michael Spinks is also at the scene as one of the judges. All of the money raised match goes to Geraldo’s Working Organization for Retarded Children and Adults, a charity for the mentally disadvantaged.

Mr. Stallone has 16 pounds and 2 inches on Geraldo going into this fight, and both men have boxing experience. A thrilling three rounds narrated by Howard Stern.
