He seemed gassed, had little to no defense. The first attacker got the takedown almost every instance between the 2 of them.
Mikey has no top game to get exposures, would get him down then would try one type of roll and fail. Back to their feet.
He has a lot of FS holes that need to be filled.
to be fair, what free guys have any par terre offense at all?

Even if you cant train with him due to size, I’d be asking how he does it and watching Spencer profusely.

spencer does have a free gut… but the technique is awful… he would never turn anyone decent in greco… his works mostly because free guys have no clue how to defend and rarely have to…
saying that, i appreciate that spencer at least attempts par terre…
