He would have been fine, that snake is no Fedor

Guy is a dipshit but that was still a cool vid with a great example of how hard it is to control large snakes and how dangerous they are.

Now that I’m thinking about it, is it any different than the late, great Steve Irwin jumping on the backs of crocodiles?

F snakes.

That was pretty neat to watch.

Jake 'The Snake' Roberts with his Cobra

Didn’t he defang those things and feed them dead mice? Kinda …I dunno ..

I vaguely remember something like that, however, Jake will always be ok in my book for putting over the GOAT.

He won, so I was impressed.

But he should have brought a machete and beheaded that thing to save some poor innocent mammal from being devoured in the future. All snakes must die.

Snakes slithered out from the crevices of hell millions of years ago in the Jurassic age and don’t belong in this world.

Never trust a man who loves snakes.

Oh hell no

I don’t know about defanging - fangs grow back, and every time you do it you risk getting bitten. What some people do is have the venom glands removed. Those snakes are called “venomoids” in the pet industry. It is somewhat controversial.

Didn’t he play around with a cobra? That thing had real fangs? Fuck that

Good considerations!

While I hope to never have to test my theory, this advice sounds like something I should keep in the back of my mind “just in case.”
