If you want to see BJJ boiled down to its most bare bones, purist level with all bullshit removed watch the Master 2 through 4 black belt World Championships. Particularly Middle Heavy and Heavy. Guys who can still move like athletes and have the knowledge to do it all, but have refined things down to all you really need to do.
