This past weekend, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Featherweight Bryce Mitchell made his first public appearance since he controversially called Adolf Hitler a “good guy” and said he “would want to go fishing” with him.
“Thug Nasty” appeared on the wildly popular JAXXON podcast, hosted by UFC legend Rampage Jackson and Bear Degidio. However, the episode did not go as planned and has since been deleted.
But the internet exists; thus, nothing stays deleted forever … well, the YouTube video might be gone, but there is still a clip of it.
As expected, Mitchell tried to clarify what he meant by saying Hitler was a good guy.
“I wish I didn’t have to talk about it at all, but the severity of it being that this is the first time I’ve shown my face since I said I do want to talk about it,” Mitchell said. “First things first, I said word-for-word, I am not a Nazi, you can go back and watch it. I said Hitler was a good guy after that I said before he committed all of the atrocities but they didn’t play the whole podcast.”
Degidio then cut off Mitchell.
“Brother, you don’t know him, right? You don’t know the severity of what he did to the world,” Degidio said. “Obviously, I could tell you don’t know for you to be able to even relaxingly say that word that he was a good guy, and I’m not even going to give him the benefit of saying his name. But those extremist ideologies, the things he did to, you know, millions of people, are some of the most disgusting, most evil things the world has ever seen.”
“Now, we’re not going to give you a platform today to talk about anything that even remotely supports that,” Degidio added. “We’re not going to give you a platform to justify what you said. Matter of fact, me and Rampage talked about this, we’re not even going to give you a platform to explain yourself on that. I personally just feel with the things that he did and the millions of people that died, there’s no justification pre or post whatever you did say.”
Degidio went on for another two minutes to lecture Mitchell about Hitler, repeating that he wouldn’t allow Mitchell to justify himself.
In theory, it is perfectly understandable why the JAXXON podcast did not want to give Mitchell a platform to justify his dumb comments, but why did they have him on in the first place? Especially because this was Mitchell’s first appearance since the controversy.
Yeah, they could ask “Thug Nasty” about the time he drilled his nuts, or why he doesn’t wear seatbelts, or his most recent knockout win (watch highlights), but to completely silence him on the thing that the world wants an explanation for is just completely pointless.
When the podcast came out this past weekend, and clips started going viral, fans were infuriated and criticized the podcast, leading to JAXXON deleting it from their channel.

Lame as fuck by Bear… Why even have him on then? I don’t have much of an opinion on what he said, but people need to let it go already. Who the fuck cares what he thinks of Hitler? Just proves all the Jew conspiracy people right like they always do. If he bashed Christianity none of these people would be even remotely outraged. I’m very tired of certain groups of people being protected classes while the same rules do not apply to everyone.
Bear is a spoiled rich kid & wigger
Thats what the comments were
I’m a Rampage fan but that Bear faggot can fuck off after this. Can’t stand the virtue signaling bullshit.
You have no idea
Do you know him personally?
Of course
Hes the least authentic guy in combat/action sports
I’ve always suspected that about him. Dude seems like a clout chaser who runs with MMA athletes. Always came off kinda cringe to me and this really seals the deal.
How does he know and is close to all these MMA fighters? Genuinely curious
He does the same thing in motocross and action sports
Hes a joke
Because he is paying everyone to do the show
Glad I was right about him lol. I do like how he gives a lot of MMA athletes a platform though and sponsors them. He just comes off as a try hard sometimes and seems inauthentic like you said.
He moved to costa mesa a few years ago and has made plenty of enemies very quickly
Hes inauthentic and unoriginal
Thank god plenty of athletes told him to take the paycheck and shove it up his ass
Thank you for exposing him and confirming my beliefs about this faggot lol. I was right all along. He should know that MMA fans hate censorship and his treatment of Bryce wouldn’t go over well. We need less people like Degidio in this space. I’ve been happy to see Rampage having success with the podcast though. He’s always been one of my all time favorites.
He just comes off as a spoiled brat from what I’ve seen on his show. I googled him and guess his dad started those paintball businesses that were very successful and now he’s this guy that’s so full of wisdom and life advice all of a sudden.
Bear is so cringe I can’t listen to this show. The wigger talk at his age .
And when he speaks it’s obvious he knows fuck all about MMA, so not sure why he even bothers to do a show on that subject and pay these people to hang out with him.
