I think khamzat takes Islam down with relative ease and finishes him. I don’t see that as a competitive fight at all. I think Chimaev is on a different level with wrestling and striking than Islam is.

Both Islam and Khamzat can be exciting. But both have won their belts playing it safe and boring. Sure, it’s on the opponents to stop the takedowns, but wet blanket is boring AF. Stand them up like in the past if nothing happens. Have them smesh, go for subs, etc. Not just a few small harmless punches here and there.
BORING. Not the wrestling, not the grappling, it’s the fact they use the wet blanket strategy. It sucks.
