I think Carlos is a way better striker than Morales. Morales has good or even great power and he has really long arms but he crosses his feet a lot and he leads with his head forward and backwards with his chin in the air. Morales is nowhere near as polished as Carlos is.
Watch this and tell me what you see. Other than the dude glazing Morales and Morales winning. Im not saying he isnt dangerous af or that he has no chance. I just think Prates is a lot more fluid and controlled in his attacks. Different levels of fundamentals.

Now, while that all may be true, im not sure if it will really matter because Idk if Carlos can eat those types of shots. Morales is a big dude who comes in with bad intentions and is aggressive about it. If Carlos can not be pulled into a brawl, I can see him winning but if it turns ugly, its a 50/50 ball at best for Carlos. I think, even with as hard as Prates hits, the sheer size of Morales will allow him to tank shots better than the other way around. Depending on the weight cut, of course. Dude is massive for 170.

Contrast that with this and look how Carlos is never out of position with his feet. Never smothers his power by being too close. A true snipers sniper. His footwork blows Morales’ out of the water.
But I also see a dude that looks a weightclass lighter than MM as well. Itll be a show no matter who wins. Id bet my bottom dollar that there is no shot this fight is boring and it probably ends early.
