No you can’t, it’s way too strong.
Chimps can deadlift around 600 pounds.
Anyone who’s competed or trained for, say, a decade, has rolled with stronger people.
Chimps are scary if they can bite people. Their raw strength alone in the context of nothing illegal happening is not that impressive.
Age old debate - chimp vs prime Crocop in a no rules fight in
The cage .
I’d take the chimp if it was game bred.

Why would I want to fight a chimp? I have a long list. Starts with Rosie O’Donnell (on sight bitch). Chimps aren’t in the top 50
I remember seeing a doco on when keeping chimps as pets/family goes horribly wrong.
One of the stories had a cop saying he had to shoot because the chimp literally tore the door clean off his cop car to get to him inside.
Blue belt chimp playing by the rules is still going to fuck you up.

With my forged degree from the honorable online Gracie Academy? Maybe if it’s already dead.
That’s just it, you can’t just equate it simply to raw strength in terms of lifting weights, or their body mass.
They have levels of body control / agility / balance / body control and awareness that is on a level humans can’t touch, and their grip / twisting force would break relatively weak joints of a human like twigs.
They also can apply these forces offensively and defensively from positions and at speeds humans cannot, joint attacks are basically off the table, and I don’t see how you are choking them out when they can literally easily hand fight their way out of most anything.
Couple that with the advanced beginner belt level of technique, so they at least know some basics?
Not a fucking chance.
What exactly is the evidence you have of them doing amazing things in terms of strength? I’m not saying you are wrong but I think some exaggerate the strength of these animals. I’ve only seen 2 chimp attacks on humans(video online) and the chimp did sort of toss a grown man to the side but beyond that - he wasn’t ripping his sockets out or anything like that .. even their attacks on other smaller monkeys, they aren’t just ripping their arms or legs off ..
Dont need to rip it off to make someone tap. Look at how easy he snaps this arm with zero technique / leverage. Not to mention how easily it is throwing that animal around with zero base or effort.
That’s impressive but I still don’t grasp that he’s demonstrating strength that is 5x beyond that of an adult male .. that’s a small monkey
That is effortless application of a LOT of force, rapidly, with no leverage or technique.
Humans can’t do that, and even if the peak force numbers are not 5X, from an anatomy / physiology standpoint humans take a relative light year to get into a position to apply that type of force and then actually apply it.
Chimps are 2/3 fast to slow twitch muscle, and humans are less than 1/3 fast to slow twitch. Would be an absolute nightmare to grapple with.
Way too long on the OG has taught me that man vs. animal in a fair contest. We lose 999/1000 times.
Lol’d @ “the chimp has learned to not foul”. First thing I was thinking when I opened the thread is it’d just bite your fucking face off.
Regardless, you’re completely fucked anyway. It’s like being a 10 year old with BJJ skills vs an NFL lineman.
So no. There’s no overcoming the physical advantages of a chimp in a grappling match. These are the type of situations we carry guns for.
