with my SMART_training methods to train the BEETUS out of her, the GF is beginning to transition into more of a RIN NAKAI than an IyoSky & I’m not sure I like it as much but her Grandma expired from the BEETUS at 65 and the Mom has the BEETUS but she’s in her 70s and active so it’s more manageable

just look at these GENETICS as observed in the LEGS….have these GALS do some srs Weight/Athletic Training and they will show RESULTS QUICK

you can see the BUILT FOR POWER in that structure of THICK BONES/legs…similar to the Polynesian Genetic which makes them NATURALS for Rugby

it would depend on your GENETICS & GOALS and which would need to be individually customized based on those FACTORS

…..example, if you are LUCKY enough to have such MASCULINE genetics as these PURE BLOOD Homogenous VIKING chaps then I would suggest to focus much more on Cardio/Endurance Training to achieve you BEST MAXIMUM POTENTIAL

Wouldnt normally go for that body type but it worked for her. She was cute.
