If he did the tax evading celebrity tv couple then sure he will probably pardon someone for attempted murder
I mean, if Fauci and the entire Biden family can get preemptive pardons, why not Cain. Fauci is responsible for more death than Cain could ever be.

Its amazing how often this scenario is presented on the OG. The president has no authority over state charges. As far as i know there are no federal murder/attempted murder charges.
Definitely not in this case. Instead California found the one brown person that they want to keep in jail.

It doesn’t sit well given the background but that’s the reality of it. Cain could have hit someone else’s kid when shooting like that.
He doesn’t have to serve too much time though does he? Seems like they gave him the best deal they could under the circumstances.
OP is right in the sense that only a white guy with awesome hair and a porcelain smile can pardon Cain.
That is why states have to go after Fauci and those other preemptive pardons by Biden. Those guys had to use banks located in some states and Fauci’s idiocy affected citizens from states.
