I feed a stray mommy cat behind a gas station in my town.
For several days, every evening mommy cat has been missing. I was really worried, kittens still there, I couldn’t find her.
There are storage units behind the gas station, a man had left his unit open and it had began raining, he came back quick and shut the door and locked it.
She had gone inside during the storm and was locked in.
I went to the cashier and explained I had found her and that she was locked in a unit, she gave me the guys number and I called him. He turned around from where he was going, he said 42 miles away and drove there, telling me not to worry, I was waiting when he got there.
He was kind and understanding, he scared her when he opened the door.
He didn’t hesitate, starting moving stuff while I stood outside and called for her.
She came out ran up to me meowing and rubbing against me, then straight to check on her kittens.
Today a man named Paul, renewed my faith in humanity.
