Jake “The Milkman” Woodley just made MMA headlines by securing an absolutely insane, 1-punch, 4-second knockout against David Wright at the event.

While this is the fastest KO in LFA history, the fastest recorded knockout in professional MMA history is generally credited to Mike Garret, who flattened Sam Heron in just 1 second at a British Association of Mixed Martial Arts (BAMMA) event in 2016.

Could be the brotha also believed the hype and went in with an unearned sense of superiority.

Years of training.

Months of sacrifice in a dedicated fight camp.

Fight was shorter than a fart.

Reminds me of in the Matt Hughes book he talks about everyone conspiring to see who could fix their fight the quickest to win some bonus a Saudi prince had thrown in for fastest win.
