I started watching Pride right around this time and never saw Heath win anything, but he was the champ at one time?

they pumped him up so much in pride. dude was always tough but never good. pretty crazy the career he had despite that.

Went the distance with Big Nog the first time.
Herring had some very solid wins.
He tends to get overlooked these days but at the time he was legit as hell.
What Fedor did to him was eye-opening.
Even then I was picking Nog to beat Fedor in the first fight.
Last time I ever picked against Fedor lol.

Heath still reversed him and was gaining momentum. Still think he would have beaten fedor in the 2nd had they let it continue as Fedor was gassed as fuck.

Heath was actually a pretty big favorite in that fight. He had no idea what he was getting himself into vs Fedor either. lol
