Add in an owner who knows nothing about the restaurant biz. I would be surprised if it makes it 2 years.
Why anyone would want to open a damn restaurant is wild too me. Itās about the lowest of profit margins you can ask for unless itās a well established high end place. Even then itās a fixing nightmare to handle.

You guys donāt understand how much it costs to open and survive before breaking even, I just opened my 9th (13th with investors) without investors in 2023 and wonāt cover everything until another 2 summers.
Iām tired as fuck, have to be up 6am because Iām actually at my restaurants, not getting charged with domestic violence, DUIs, fraud and have the ABT coming after me. I am totally open to answer any questions regarding my own personal businesses and will not answer about anybody elseās.
I would also not rely on drugs swallowed with alcohol, because that sounds like a great idea of responsibility, and purposely impregnate a past her prime by 20 years porn star with multiple published STDs because I thought that would make me cool but instead ruins family relations.
