I think the blanket answer is that the drunken defense should be taken away. Currently, a girl could get drunk, be raped because she was too drunk to consent and then get a DUI as she drives to the police station or hospital. She is not responsible for letting dude smash, but she is for driving? That isn’t consistent.
One part that I do get hung up on is when someone is blacked out. Is that really consent? If it were a DUI, you are still responsible for your actions, so I’d have to say it is consent according to law.
Now, if a gal is passed out, she can’t consent, so that would still be rape.
Dude gives off strange vibes even yesterday in his post fight interview. This guy is 100 percent guilty. He will be called out publicly by other fighters.
