During a recent interview with FOX Sports Australia, Gaethje completely dismissed the undefeated champion’s persona. The American star labeled Topuria a fraud and explicitly brought up the champion’s past relationship issues to get under his skin.

For sure. Like I wrote, I’m a fan of both guys. But I get why Justin is getting pissed at the constant Ilia’s verbal diarrhea acting like he is but a lamb led to the slaughter. I think Ilia wins this 8-9 times of 10, but that’s not a criminal mismatch. It’s a complete MMA fighter in his prime vs a technical brawler at the end of his career. Show some respect.
