I think he thought Wyatt gassed and he was gonna just play D and and work the clock. But Cap came alive in the very last seconds. Was a really good meet. PSU had a pretty damn good showing again too!

And he knows the sport. Im not a wrestling, at all. But i love grappling. There were a few times that; as im thinking “why didn’t that score?”, and DC explains why that did/didn’t score. I learned a bit watch that meet start to finish

Reminded me of Gables Olympic gold match. He won with a takedown with like 3 seconds left.on the clock

I didn’t like the jawing before the match. Im no puritan, but on the mat, before the match, when the dude is literally wearing the flag you took a medal for AND served his country. Felt fake tough to me. Obviously Gable is a monster, but it seemed unnecessary. Made me pull for Hendrickson.
