I don’t know much about boxing, do you think he can become a top 10 147 fighter? I don’t think he beats any of the gold age WW like sugar ray, hitman, hagler.
He is good, but I don’t think he will ever belong on the all time list. See Rolly Ramero fight LOL.

Damn good fighter, not at all top 10 all time at 147. This is his peak imo. He will beat Conor Benn types but he wont ever be that SRL or Floyd or any of that.
I think the previous generation of Manny, Cotto etc would treat him like an opponent.

C’mon, he was stopped by a natural 130-pounder & nearly shut out by the horrific headcase, Rolly Romero. Then, he beat a journeyman who happened to hold the title & KO’d a weight-drained hype job in Benn. Garcia isn’t even the best welterweight right now, much less an all-time great.
