I don’t think he will be champ but I think he could be a top 10 fighter. I like his brash confidence and fighting style. He could be like a Diaz or Masvidal where records don’t matter and he keeps getting big fights

Weaponized pace and toughness. The Diaz comparison is strong in that regard.

Has to become less wild or will get knocked dead as he moves up. It almost happened here.

Yeah his smash mouth style is exciting but won’t work when he starts fighting ranked opponents

I like how when he got stunned he started to grapple. He will need to grapple more and get better ground strikes. He didn’t hurt that guy enough on the ground

I think someone like Cory would make him look really bad. I think you need to build him up and keep making exciting fights for hom

He’s at 145 right? That division is a shark tank. I think he makes it inside the top 15 but likely loses to somebody like Pico or Garcia.

I think he could beat Pico but year Garcia probably makes him look shitty. There are too 10 guys I think he can beat however

I think Pico snipes him but other than a favorable matchup in the top 10 I don’t see who he beats there

I just looked at the top 10 of featherweight and I think they all crush him.

I agree, but when Pico puts it all together its champion-caliber.

I think beyond the top 10 if he wants to succeed he has to be less wild at the right moments and set things up a bit more.

Hard to say what his ceiling is right now cause he fights like such an animal

I need to see him fight more technically so his improvements are more noticeable

There will be some fun match ups, for however long his chin lasts before he turns in to garbrandt

If he doesn’t get countered badly in the beginning he could drag a lot of better fighters into deep waters and drown them
