The hierarchy in MMA should be never go for a submission if you can strike. That’s how you end up winning a fight until you lose.

A pet-peeve of mine for instructional videos is when the uke is considerably smaller than the instructor.
The new gold-standard is Gordon Ryan using his girlfriend who’s half his size as the uke in all his videos.
