Arthur Jones’s younger brother, Chandler Jones, is a defensive end who played for the Las Vegas Raiders.
Chandler Jones’s tenure with the Raiders was brief. He signed a three-year, $51 million contract with the team in 2022 and started 15 games during that season. However, the Raiders released him in September 2023.
His release followed an arrest for violating a domestic violence protection order. Prior to his arrest, Jones had posted a series of concerning messages on social media and claimed he was involuntarily taken to a behavioral health facility.

It seems it was heart related. A 39 yo elite athlete shouldn’t die from that! But drugs, the infamous vaxx, who knows. Sad in any case.
For some reason, I thought before this sad news that the Chiefs’ Chris Jones was the 3rd brother. Nope. Doh.
I don’t think Arthur fucked around with drugs, from my understanding he was the most normal of the bros. Maybe not who knows, 39 is way too young regardless. RIP.

Sounds like he was wired up with a pacemaker / on board defib, so clearly established heart issues. I’ll be interested to hear more details if they come out about his diagnosis
