People that come from grappling sports don’t like to get hit and it makes their grappling worse, if Nunes lands a few shots and puts fear in Kayla all of her takedowns will be desperate and telegraphed.

Nunes already should fair better than Kayla’s past opponents because Nunes is also a 155er fighting at 135.

They have to give it to Brazilian fighter. Even if their only claim to fame with submissions is getting an armbar on the blue belt from the local SAFTA school

Nunes is going to a bit rusty thpugh and she didn’t look that great her last few fights. I think Kayla takes her down and dominates and gets a decision victory

I got Kayla or whatever her name is in this fight. She has WAY too much testerosterone running through her veins. You can see it in her arms. That big, wide blue vein running right down the middle of each arm. Giveaway sign of super high test. Why UFC lets her get away with it I don’t know, its nuts. My money is on juice baby. But Nunes has a chance, I’ll be pulling for her! I really like her, nice, cool girl that likes eating snatch.

pena is a purple belt, nunes is a black belt. I believe nunes is also a brown belt in judo. Nowhere close to the calibre of kayla obviously but that she is a bjj black belt, and a large woman (who ran the entire division in her time) makes her different

If this was a few years ago, I would have favored Nunes. I think after being retired, Harrison’s style could gas her out. I think Nunes overlooked Pena the first time, but I can’t take that out of the equation.
