People here always act like Im a psycho over reacting to pit bulls and fighting dogs, but Ive seen what they can do. They can be unpredictable. Sure attacks are rare, but they are very bad when they happen
We had an officer out working a traffic accident, just blocking traffic. He was standing outside his car when 3 pitbulls started coming at him. They fucking split up like velociraptor’s in Jurrasic Park and surrounded him. He ended up shooting one when they started coming at him and he had to jump on his car.
I would hate to shoot a dog and I never have, but fuck man, I ain’t getting torn to shreds by a pack of dogs.

For those of you who are on this radical war of do not take strays to animal care and control or in that notion of I’ll take a dog home when I see it on Facebook that nobody wants because I don’t want it to go to the shelter because it’s going to get put down.
I want to share with you these pictures of a dear dear friend of mine who last night could’ve been killed because she took in a dog she thought was OK and within the hour was attacked all because she moved a blanket. She is going to need extensive plastic surgery to repair the damage done and he will be put to sleep because there is no way this dog did not do this before and that’s why he was rehomed…
for the sake of God for the love of God stop this pattern of taking in animals you know nothing about before this can happen to you or someone you love
we rescuers know what we are doing and sometimes we don’t that’s why we take animals to the shelter number one rule dogs go to the shelter.
I pray my friend recovers and gets the professional help she will need afterwards

I think the owner tried to sue but it didn’t go anywhere.
I will say, I have read horror stories about cops shooting dogs that probably should not have been. We go out of our way to avoid that.
SCOTUS ruled that dogs are property and you can be sued to shreds for unlawfully ‘seizing’ their property by shooting it.
The breed needs to be wiped out and the owners with them.

My dog was attacked by a very cute but ferocious cocker spaniel tonight!
The man walking this dog was posh and was dressed like an extra from Downton abbey!
He had his dog off leash teh entire time but at least did apologise!
