It must be hurting for OMalley this morning - he abstained from vices and he did improve in a few areas but he still got demolished. All in all, his best bet to beat Merab is to come out early and aggressive and just hope to catch Merab early . Merab was quite prepared for this thpugh and was ready for it - he is just a much better fighter with a crazy genetic bonus gift in the cardio arena
Pyfer should feel very disappointed in himself today. He should have added Gastellum to his highlight reel but instead he played it too safe then was awkward at on the mic afterwards.. oh man, he’s going to have to come out next fight and
