I thought Arcadian was good, better than A Quiet Place, far better acting for a start. Although the entire cast was so dumb I’m not sure how they’d ever survived in the first place

Awful, dull slow burning melodrama. It was at least subtle until the last ten minutes where it just went OTT and gross

Checked out ALIEN Romulus (2024)
Fede Alvarez went back to the basics here. People on a space station get attacked by an alien.
Set between the first and second film, it doesn’t break any new ground or do much to expand the lore but the execution is damn near perfect.
Also, the star of the film is a dead-ringer for Ellie in TLOU2.
