Jamahal Hill is moving to heavyweight.
The former UFC light heavyweight champion announced the change after posting three straight losses at 205 pounds. That said, it doesnât appear as though âSweet Dreamsâ is following this championship blueprint. Hill posted a video to his Instagram stories that has some fans insisting his âcareer is over.â
Yikes.
âIâve entered my last three camps and the lowest was maybe 260 pounds,â Hill said after his latest loss. âThis last camp, when I started, I was about maybe 265 pounds. That goes into that work. I cannot spend camp trying to make weight when I have to focus on improvement as well as strengthening in places that Iâm weak with injury and things like that.â
Hill, who turned 35 just last month, could be one loss away from the dreaded pink slip.
