This would be a much bigger story if it was Floyd’s main gym in Vegas. Obviously Floyd’s financial situation is in decline but he’s still worth 100-400 million, what he needs is a whole new team guiding him and his investments moving forward. His problem has always trusting anyone who claims to have his best interest at heart, when in reality Floyd is a piggy bank to his entourage.
Of course Floyd is a shitty person from most accounts and likely deserves to be humbled because of how he has carried himself but he needs to wisenup. Its hard enough to educate a young mind, good luck with an aging boxer with money.

On top of making ridiculous purchases, and not paying taxes, he invested heavily in commercial property.
Even though he had no clue what he was doing.
He took out mortgages on his multimillion dollar homes he owned.
Now he’s broke.

Back in the COVID days, a client had a shopping mall where all but 2 shops and a restaurant basically bailed. The client ended up taking over running the restaurant.
