Dustin Poirier is still in the early stages of dealing with the aftermath of his arrest for public intoxication at Atlanta International Airport earlier this summer. Poirier, who retired from Mixed Martial Arts following a loss to Max Holloway at UFC 318, faces up to a year in prison and/or a fine if convicted of the misdemeanor charge.

Poirier recently shared that one of his major post-fighting sponsors, Bud Light, opted to part ways with the former UFC superstar following his arrest. His contract was terminated immediately following his detainment, and his long-term future as an analyst on Paramount+ remains cloudy.

Despite his recent legal issues, Poirier will return to the broadcast desk this weekend at the Apex in Las Vegas

*Former UFC title challenger Dustin Poirier will return to his television analyst role for the first time since his arrest earlier this summer.

Dustin Poirier’s UFC on Paramount+ gig safe for now as he awaits potential sentence

He could make so much money by trademarking it and selling merch.

I have a shitty poster coming from some knock off…

Given Ari Emmanuel’s ties to Hollywood, he needs to get a Poirier comedy film off the ground.

Plot could be him trying to fly out to a show ahead of fight week for his analyst job but being banned from the airline because of IGBBMN.

Have him take another flight, but accidentally book a flight to the other side of the world, gets drunk and loses all his identification and money, and he has 3 days to get back to the states to make showtime and gets into a ton of shenanigans along the way.

Could include cameos like Khabib and Fedor in Russia, Saku in Japan, Jon Jones offering him help but making things worse, etc.

Get Adam Sandler to play him like he played drunk Happy Gilmore the sequel. He can go on your signing autographs at Target and get into fights with drunk dads. Or do behind the scenes at the Apex.
