Laila Mickelwait joins Patrick Bet-David to reveal SHOCKING details about PornHub’s alleged illegal practices and their new owners, Ethical Capital Partners.
From underage trafficking to hidden email exchanges and lawsuits involving high-profile companies like Mastercard and Visa, this interview dives deep into the controversies surrounding the world’s largest porn platform.
Really? The porn site workers and owners are not good people? Who saw that coming? What it is next? I’m to going find that the sex workers(prostitutes and their pimp) were not straight A students growing up?
Last year the company signed a deferred prosecution agreement with the feds over profiting from child sex abuse for years. The lawsuits mentioned in OP stem from this, as Visa and MasterCard were processing payments for them while this was happening.
And just a few years ago, they had to remove almost 80% of their user-submitted content because they had no safeguards to confirm the ages of people in the videos, not to mention revenge porn and rape videos being posted.
This is interesting. It would be more interesting if they were charge with a crime instead of being civilly sued. Only because lawsuits generally end with a agreement being reach and both sides sign a NDA that can’t talk about any part of the case.
Because they took down so many videos, it makes the claims seem valid. As before that, I though it was just feminists with agendas. I mean, I don’t think I ever saw underage porn there, and well, I’ve watched a lot of the documentaries there ha ha.
And as I certainly don’t mind watching 18-19 gals in action. the algorithms would have shown me some.
As for revenge porn, it’s quite possible in amateur stuff that the gal was OK being filmed for private kinky purposes and that an ex put it up there. But that’s hard to tell for us viewers.
Thing is, I remember the days before such sites. It was easy to find porn, but I did stumble on underage stuff, bestiality, etc. It was really hard to know in advance what we’d get as we downloaded stuff, etc.
Pornhub actually made it… less degenerate! More safe. It’s just that “normal” porn started getting more and more hardcore. I mean there was no eating ass, rimming, gagging to vomit, ATM, hatefuck stuff that common. Yet it still remains mostly legal stuff.
This. I have never seen even the slightest hint of pedophilia on there.
IG seems full of it. My interests are guitar, military aircraft, UFOs, and this one 16yo skater girl from South America who dresses modestly and just posts tricks. That combo has IG pushing vaguely sexual stuff involving underage girls on me. Disturbing.
I’m not on IG but FB does the same. You see hot gals showing their butts and the like so yeah sometimes I click on it. And 20% of the time it’s clearly underage gals. WTF. Parents are doing what? And why is FB algorithms pushing this?
BTW while I find a lof the women hot looking, smoking bodies, their crazy narcissism is really a turnoff, and so are all the white women using damn gangsta rap to do their 10sec of bad lip sync or fake danse. It really is a race to the bottom.
