The day before leaving on this road trip, I got so tired of seeing Harlem threads at the top of my feed that I put 3 of those stooges on Mute for 2 weeks so it would all disappear.
I never saw the “alt” thread but KK told me about it.
Got some pics tonight on camera of the Milky Way… amazing night skies out here near the observatory. More pics coming.

I was in the Chihuahuan Desert Research Institute and Nature Center looking south to Mitre Peak. Between Fort Davis TX and Alpine.
Beautiful area. Been bopping around the region all week.

Just a cool pic of a funky tree along the edge of the river that I was stopped by for road work on my way to the beach.
And a couple pictures of my currently out of service swimming hole in a creek about a quarter mile from the ocean. It’s gonna be fuckin sweet in about 6 months. Lol

My kids stopping for a break while hiking in the Catskills yesterday. They had a great day. Like every scenic area in NYS, no other hikers more than a mile from the parking area.
