I’ve never had a garage and mines always sat under a cover, I don’t buy any bikes with chrome for that reason…… and ants make fucking nests in my mirrors all the time……besides that it hasn’t been an issue, I try not to let it sit much tho I ride a good bit and keep chain and shit lubed on it
I don’t think I posted in here since I added a Corbin seat and depretto moto forward controls on my rebel… made a biggg difference the controls
Man I’ve heard great things about that bike but Jesus I can’t get a praying mantis out of my head when I see the front end
It’s supposed to be really good. I have the previous gen speed triple rs and I’ve thought about switching it up and going down to a middle weight bike like that. Smaller, more nimble. But I’ve gotten spoiled by the torque of my bike. It’s very very strong down low and midrange. I need to go ride one and see.
I always wanted a Daytona or a triple. Rode a Daytona years ago at a track day and it was pretty great.
Yea the triumph triples (and most 3s) in general have very good character and performance. They’re terrible in cars but great in a bike.
I’ve got a buddy with a bunch of bikes and can’t fit them all n his garage. He got a storage until on the cheap and keeps 3-4 bikes there at any given time. That’s less convenient, but it is less weathering of the bike itself…
I’ve owned a street triple 675 (original with the round headlights), a Daytona 675se street bike, and a Daytona 675 track bike. Amazing character and so forgiving as a bike. Great handling and power all over the place.
Depends on the colour and mods but can look cool I think. Red with some carbon on it is the move I think.
I’ve never had one and never really wanted one and don’t know much about them. I’m into cars and have always said that if someday I ended up w/more money than I knew what to do with, I would build a big building, specifically to store the car collection that I would have so much fun building. I would buy some bikes. Before doing so, I would learn how to ride which would probably be pretty humbling but I’d never want to be some rich asshole with a nice bike who doesn’t know how to ride it. Also wouldn’t want to kill myself or someone else. I would then proceed to buy a rich jerk bike. Even though I don’t know shit about bikes, I know about one that I like and I assume they are probably for rich jerks.
That’s THE rich jerk motorcycle brand lulz. Arch by Keanu. It’s like Singer Porsche but motorcycles. Instead of a 90’s car for 600k, it’s 100k for a bike with a Harley engine.
I knew it!
