Sylvia would be maybe top 15. He had shit wrestling and terrible speed. Fucking 4 foot tall Jeff Monson had him in trouble.
Prime Tim lost to Mir in seconds. His biggest win was Gan McGee and a drugged out of his mind Ricco. Pereira would land one punch and Tim goes to the canvas because he was slower than molasses. Vera wasnât a legit heavyweight either, he easily went down to 205

Youâre massively digressing again, mentioning Timâs losses. Mir is a submission heavy mma practitioner. My point was Tim beat Vera (more well rounded in mma than Alex P) and that Tim would most likely find a way to startch Alex!

Poatan has only had one fight at HW and looked awful! Thereâs most likely a lot of BAD to mid level current HWâs whoâd beat him today!
Itâs not always about skill level. Size does matter!

Sylvia has no wins against former 205 champs. AP is a former 205 champ.
Vera was a hype train and got beat by other guys that were or became 205 champs.

Based on what we saw vs Gane, if Tim does land, he probably wins.
He could also get Mercerâd.

I canât remember what LHW fighters Tim fought but Handy Couture was a legit top mixed martial artist who on that night mixed up wrestling and striking brilliantly!
Poaton would obviously come out and have a mma kickboxing match like he always does!
People seem to remember Tim for his losses later on, not how he looked early on in teh UFC!
Poaton would end up flat lined by one of those long right hands down teh middle, whilst attempting a low kick!

Not sure if he could beat Gane and Boringkov, err Volkov is close in size but otherwise he probably beats everyone else

I actually watched a highlight of Sylvia after seeing this thread awhile ago and one thing I will say is that he was more athletic and a good amount faster than I remembered in his earlier years. I think his skill set (along with his size) hold up well against a lot of the HWs today.

Imagine if Tim and HW Alex clinched and Tim tripped or sweeped him to teh mat. Landing and then laying his 6â8 weight on Alex for the remainder of the round.
Like to see Alexâs energy/fatigue come later!
