So what happened?

ā€œIn Yoelā€™s defense, RAF moved the goal post the week of the event,ā€ former UFC lightweight, Josh Thomson, wrote on social media prior to the event. ā€œRAF decided to change the weigh ins to same day weigh ins instead of day before like theyā€™ve been doing for past events. None of the athletes knew this until two days ago. Bad decision by RAF the week of the event.ā€

I realize they have to balance attracting fans and the need to appeal to some dummies but I hope RAF does not go too far down the road of fabricated trash talk.

Hope they maintain the sportsmanship and decent behavior.

Just the same way a good Judoka knows first they represent Judo and behaves accordingly.

im not a fan of Bo even though im a fan of Penn State But that said I respect him as a competitor.7 pounds is rediculous and it would have been a lot more after the weigh in .Match time hed probly be 15 pounds heavier than Bo who didnt cut any weight.I did hear Bo turned down Downey who weighed the same.Downey was the source so Im not sure if true.Hopefully next card they get Bo a solid match..

Mean Gene Mills ? we had a guy on our team Gene McNeil a 2x ny champ wed call him Mean Gene..Gene Mills actually recruited him for Syracuse but he didnt have the grades
