No he was arrested on Sept. 19th and posted bail. He’s fucked.
Hope so.
So over a year hes seeing a judge and got some hours and a warning.
The trial hasn’t happened yet but I didn’t look to see when it’s scheduled. It’s not unusual at all to have to wait at least six months after bail to end up in court. I doubt his life has been pleasant lately knowing he’s facing seven years.

I just don’t get it. Free to roam after an attempted murder with INTENT recorded. In fact, everything, pre, during and post event is recorded! Yet he’s free till his trial. For non violent charges, sure. For this? Yep, I don’t get it.
