No. It’s a clear premediated crime caught on video. With Raja himself saying on video that he would do it, and afterwards saying why he did it and all. It’s so crystal clear. It’s not a “wrassling spot gone wrong”, it’s a blatant crime.
How many rapists and assailants are out there on minimal sentences roaming the streets for blatant crimes just so these DAs don’t look racist? This happens in red states, too btw.

Plead not guilty back in October. Out on $50,000 bond.

Syko Stu has been charged with felony harassment, felony incitement of violence, felony racism, misdemeanor obstruction, and misdemeanor battery. The felony charges carry a hate crime enhancement under PC 422.75.
