Rampage Currently Not Talking to His Son after Brutal Beatdown

It’s been 11 days since Rampage Jackson’s son, Raja Jackson, viciously assaulted pro wrestler Syko Stu (real name: Stuart Smith) at a Knokx Pro Wrestling event in Los Angeles. The incident left Stu bloodied, hospitalized, and in ā€œserious condition.ā€

Stu has since been released from the hospital, though officials say he faces a ā€œlong road of recoveryā€ with multiple injuries sustained during the attack.

Rampage, the former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight champion, has spent the past week condemning his son’s actions while also pointing blame toward the promotion for what he calls a reckless environment. But during a new interview with Ariel Helwani, Jackson revealed he hasn’t spoken to Raja since the night of the assault — and doesn’t plan to anytime soon.

ā€œI don’t f—k with Raja right now. I’m mad at him,ā€ Jackson said. ā€œI’m here for his legal fees, but Raja wants to be an adult, he wants to do things his way. He won’t take my advice, I can’t make him do anything. Look, he’s my son, I love him dearly, but he dishonored my name. I can’t even put into words how upset I am with my son. He dishonored my name. I’ve been in this sport for a long time, and when he did what he did, everything said, ā€˜Son of MMA’s Rampage.’ That’s my f—king name. I don’t do that shit. I don’t go around beating people up on the street.ā€

While clearly upset, Rampage admitted he’s conflicted about how to handle his son’s situation.

ā€œI am worried about his well-being,ā€ Rampage continued. ā€œBut he dishonored my name. I know he’s my f—king son and I’m not cutting him off forever. I just haven’t talked to him. I talked to him after the shit happened, and he hid the fact that he did this. He put my other kids in danger. I’m not saying I’m never going to talk to him again, I just can’t talk to him right now. I just need some time. I’m dealing with his attorneys, but I’m very disappointed in Raja.ā€

No matter what Rampage says, critics online continue to tear him apart — some accusing him of ā€œnot being a good father,ā€ others claiming he’s ā€œshielding Raja from the consequences.ā€

As of this writing, Raja has not been arrested for the assault, though reports indicate he has already signed with a new pro wrestling organization.

It’s about time this kid faces the consequences of his actions. Rewarding him with a contract is exactly the kind of shit that will lead to this type of behavior again.

He needs jail time.

He’s doing the opposite of what he should be doing.

He should be talking to his son and he shouldn’t be paying shit for him.

That’s a Family Guy, Peter Griffin quote. Always cracked me up

His son has most likely had an emasculated childhood, going into adulthood too!

Fuck Rampage for not doing a better job! What kind of dad has time to play video games!
