The title of the article claims that but there is no video of him saying that and the body of the article doesnt say it either. Probably clickbait.

Whether Raja Jackson goes to jail is currently undetermined, as his legal case is still active as of March 2026.

Raja is facing one felony count of battery causing great bodily injury and one misdemeanor count of battery. A court hearing is scheduled for April 2026. He is currently free after posting a $50,000 bond following his arrest in September 2025. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

I’m surprised he isn’t taking a plea. I doubt it would include jail time and he documented the the whole case for the prosecuttion where they should have an easy case

The defense will probably try to introduce doubt in the jury by saying this was scripted like all fake wrestling shows. And that the injuries were accidental. It’s really all they’ve got.

I wonder if gay cowboy will lie on the stand for him

Does Stu want him in jail?

Lie about what? I don’t think there is much room for lying in this case. Essentially everything is documented. Pretty much everyone knows the exact sequence of events, it’s a matter of if the jury/judge interpretation of those facts.

No way. They won’t try to say it was all scripted. They will say that the promoter is at fault for putting someone who has no experience on the card and telling him to “get receipts” without telling them what that meant.

They’ll say the promoter was negligent and Raja just did what he was told to do.

That implicates the promoter but doesn’t lessen his own iiabilities. If someone hires me to go physicially assault someone, blame isn’t shifted from me to my employer. The employer is just added into the mix

His attorney will argue that in the context of a fake combat sport, it does. According to the AC there, it’s classified as an exhibition and not a contest, but it’s still handled as an athletic event. Promotion is responsible for safety of the athletes.

Legally it’s closer to a boxing exhibition than a normal employer. He’ll say “they told me to hit him for real, and that’s what I did. I’m not a pro wrestler, which the promoter acknowledged, so I shouldn’t be expected to know what the limit was.”

That all falls apart from his own streams saying how he is going to really fuck him up and he is tired of being punked

But now we are crossing over into my original point. If it’s fake, that means it’s a choreographed dance to create the illusion of a real fight.

If an actor is told by the director to make a knife fight look as real as possible and the actor picks up a real knife and cuts the other actor’s throat, he can’t hid behind the excuse he was just following the director’s guidance.

If prosecution agree to deal they are lazy AF. It is as documented as a case can be! And yes, he deserves jail time. He would have killed him if not stopped, and dude was in coma for close to 2 days!

And the multiple angles shown on video should prove that Raja turned it into a real assault violating the intended terms of the exhibition. If there was no video to show the jury, then I think they would have a good shot at winning. The video of the “match” and his confession afterwards while walking down the street seals the deal IMO.

The only way he walks is if they are able to get a few “Kill Whitey” jury members on board who will refuse to convict no matter what.

And IMO, the “wrassling” angle makes this worse for Raja. As a performer, you basically leave your safety many times in a “match” to your opponent. Here Raja was supposed to “intervene”. But he used this to KO his partner and then throw 22 (!!!) unanswered full power puches on a KOed man. And it was premeditated, as he told himself on video before and afterwards.

And if the prosecutors are smart, bring in parents of the traumatized kids that were present that day in the crowd.

Yea I completely forgot about him filming his intent prior to the match. But as I said, all it takes is one juror saying “Fuck that white boy. Not guilty”.
