I remember when this came out in the early 2k’s.

The melody definitely sounded familiar, but i just figured they were ripping off an old childrens song or somethin.

Nope. lol

The song’s chorus interpolates “The Ballad of Gilligan’s Isle”, the theme song from the sitcom Gilligan’s Island .[1]
