Slaughter to Prevail singer Alex Terrible (real name Alex Shikolai) is finally ready to make his BKFC debut.

The Russian-born heavy metal singer is set to fight on a special BKFC card being held — in collaboration with Blood 4 Blood (a promotion started by Alex Terrible) as part of the massive Welcome to Rockville festival being held in Daytona Beach, Fla. from May 7 through May 10. BKFC is staging a special four-fight card on Wednesday, May 6 along with performances from four bands including Slaughter to Prevail, Black Label Society, Crowbar and Malevolence.

The fights are taking place at Ocean Center in Daytona.

Shikoai, who has competed in bare-knuckle fights in the past, previously teased his interest in joining the BKFC roster, but he’s stayed plenty busy with his day job singing for Slaughter to Prevail. He’s scheduled to face Cameron Delano on the card with three more fights still to be announced.

Now the 32-year-old singer is set to fight for the biggest bare-knuckle organization in the world with hopes that he can score a win and perform with his band in the same weekend.

“It is a big honor for me to finally bring Blood4Blood to life,” Terrible said in a press release. “From the beginning I wanted to create something that shows who I really am. Fighting and heavy music have always been my world, my passion, my lifestyle. To have the first Blood4Blood hosted by the biggest bare-knuckle promotion in the world and to work with the biggest live promoter in North America to build this event with me means a lot.

“We have four real fights and four powerful bands, Black Label Society, Crowbar, Malevolence and Slaughter to Prevail. I will step into the ring and on the stage. I give everything. This is my heart. This is Blood4Blood.”

His band Slaughter to Prevail just released its third album in 2025 and he’s been touring ever since — including a scheduled performance at Welcome to Rockville on Sunday, May 10.

But first things first, he’ll square off in his first BKFC fight a few days earlier at the special card planned on May 6.

Slaughter to Prevail is one of the more interesting live music experiences I’ve had in recent years.

No openers. Doors at 8 but they didn’t start their set until almost 10. Played Russian EDM for like 15 minutes before the band took the stage. Lots of over-30 men cheering and taking out their phones when Alex took off his track jacket. Spent a lot of time flexing and snarling.

Weird.
