Paramounts app sucks but I never saw it buffering more than once or maybe twice a card.
I havent dealt with illegal streams in years because they would buffer anywhere between one or 20 times every 5 minutes, or nonstop. Maybe its better now, but I doubt by much
Illegal streams are better than most of the network shit nowadays.
