Stuff I Salvaged (junked) Out Of Houses

Some vintage lighters go for good money. I’d inventory them and come up with a spreadsheet before doing any huge modifications.

Your local or regional public library might want the yearbook if they have a local history collection. Our main county library had a huge collection of yearbooks from many local high schools going back almost a hundred years. It was the most visited section in the local history room. Just something to consider doing with any local history books you come across.

I recently talked to a junk/picker guy. He said the number one thing to save and salvage in a house is vintage denim and then vintage clothes. All else comes secondary to that. Shocked me as i have saved ZERO clothes in these past decades. Sheeeeeeeeeeet
