So I was just a young lad and I may PM you the location since I don’t want this one over zealous person in the thread to zero in too much.
In the mountains in your fair state at a very long time established camp.
Olympic Gold Medalist was one of the instructors and focused his sessions on an arm drags. No joke props to that guy it is a “skill” I carried from those days foward.
One day between sessions or prior to starting the Olympic Gold medalist was in a little pavilion building that had a couple of pool tables and vending machines and he happened to be sitting on a bench eating candy bar (think it was a snickers).
So I walk up with a magazine article about him and his training routine and asked him to sign it. Then I tell him I especially liked the part where he mentioned how strict his diet is and how it was important to training and being successful.
When he finished signing he looked at me kind of with a look torn between "what a smart ass " and or " not amused " took a bite of the candy bar looked at it, looked at me smirked and threw the rest in the garbage can !

I was such a shitty wrestler in hs they gave me a tennis scholarship

I enjoyed the Dake vs National Champ match.
From an entertainment perspective it has that nice “what if element.”
Oh jeez, my bad. Since the topic of thread was asking if you could take him down and you responded so dismissively about him I figured you must be a decent wrestler who thought you could take him down. I didn’t realize you can’t wrestle your way out of a paper bag.

I think he’s silly but no way he’d ever let anybody in one of those videos who has a realistic shot at taking him down. Dylan Palacio had better videos that were a lot more funny. Incidentally I know somebody who was in one of Giorgio’s videos and he looks like a million bucks but the best he ever did was 5th at state in a mid tier wrestling state.
